  7. I rarely make meat loaf, but when I do, it's greek style donair buns. I have to double the recipe or we would have no left overs.

  16. I have never done a 'linky' thing and not sure how to do do it!
When I have a bit of time I am going to give it a try!
Meatloaf? We LOVE it!! I am going now to visit some of the links! I do a regular meatloaf - ground beef, eggs, oatmeal, seasonings, chopped onion, a bit of milk or cream and a splash of worcestershire sauce with a topping of brown sugar, catsup, worcestershire sauce and a dollop of yellow mustard.

Love reading your blog posts - even when I don't have much time to comment!

  17. We've been working on the classic French culinary techniques, especially meat binding to create a different type of meat "loaf". I hope your readers enjoy my take on this dish. Thanks for the invite.

  21. Meatloaf has long been something that I've wanted to find a recipe for, but for a meatloaf that doesn't come out squishy - as so many of them do. The one I've posted above is slightly different in that it is stuffed with slices of cheddar cheese that melt deliciously as the meatloaf cooks. It doesn't have that texture that my husband likes to refer to as "meat porridge", so from that you can gather that it's a firmer type!
