Need some inspiration: Try Slow Cooker dishes – Part I

This week Need Some Inspiration is drawn from the links submitted to Food on Friday: Slow Cooker.  They were a great inspiration to me as I struggle to master my newish slow cooker.

Simply You and Me's Dr Pepper Pulled Pork looked and sounded delicious.

And how about these Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Wraps?  Way to go, Make Lemonade and More.

I had no idea you could do bread in a slow cooker.  But look at these Crockpot No Knead Herb Rolls by Mommy's Sweet Confessions.

Mummy Mishaps did this Slow Cooker Turkey Lasagne – doesn't look like much of a mishap to me!  And I wish I knew how to get that tilt effect!

These Slow Cooker Southwestern Stuffed Peppers look yummy.  Great work by Cookin' Cowgirl.

And for the last one today, here's John from Chef Not Included's Creamy Chicken Enchilada Soup.

Next week's edition of Need Some Inspiration will also be drawn from Food on Friday: Slow Cooker.  If you have a nice slow cooker dish it is not too late to link it in and for your link to be considered for showcasing.

  3. I got a new sear and slow cooker for Xmas after my last one broke. They are your best friend when you have a busy day or will be running around, put it on in the morning and then you'll be welcomed at the front door by the delicious smell of dinner.
My favourite recipe is a whole roast chicken with asian flavours that just fell off the bone like nothing Iv ever cooked before - amazing!
