Absolutely love fresh garden tomatoes. Our season here in the states is over, but yours is probably beginning. The recipe I submitted, "grilled cheese with caramelized onion and tomato" is so incredibly delicious. Hope everyone enjoys eating one of these bad bears. Thanks for the linking. Enjoy your week.
ReplyDeleteas usual late, but better than never, enjoy the Caprese. Have been tremendously busy, we opened our Deli Shop today, so you can imagine, apart from running the kitchen with the restaurant and banqueting, we had to open at the same time

Hi again Carole - yes, it's me with the tomato tart and you guessed right, my profile is called "Grapevine". That's because when I started blogging and set up the profile, I just had the one blog for my "day job", producing a magazine for UK competition fans called The Competition Grape Vine. It was only earlier this year that I branched out into Onions and Paper, for my hobbies of papercraft and cooking. I'll post a separate comment with my weekly reminder request, so that you can publish this comment if you want to!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the invite :)
