Food on Friday: Pineapple

Pineapple is such a great theme for  Food on Friday!  I am so looking forward to seeing what you all come up with!

  23. I like pineapple. I think I put up a recipe for a fish sandwich with pineapple a year or so ago. It was yummy. I'll see if I can find it.
