ReplyDeleteThanks for the reminder Carole!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the reminder! Glad I could post my Casual Vacancy link - I love that book!
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed The Reluctant Bachelorette by Rachael Anderson. It was a clean, fun romance.
ReplyDeleteThanks Carole for continuing to run this great meme! Mine is a bestseller from the 1920s, now mostly forgotten, but a rollicking good read.
ReplyDeleteI always forget this. Thanks for the reminder. Here's my review of 2 Jack Reacher novels by Lee Child.

Now Mr. Linky is there so added it!
ReplyDeleteI would like to recommend "Bury Your Dead" by Louise Penny to your readers. It is part of a wonderful series featuring Canadian Chief Inspector Armand Gamache of the Surete de Quebec, a most humane and thoughtful policeman.
ReplyDeleteJust put in my second one, thank Carol :)
ReplyDeleteNow following your blog Carole. Thanks again for inviting me to be part of this feature.

ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by, I love posting my links here. :)
ReplyDeleteI shares The Casual Vacancy because I barely read anything this month, I am so swamped in school work.
Have a great day.
I love reading recommendations from other readers. This helps me "vet" books to add to my to-be-read pile.
ReplyDeleteLoved this book :)

tx for the invite. i don't normally post the books i've read til the end of the month. Those highlighted throughout is because of a blog tour or hop i'm involved in. since january i've read over 550 books. not sure you'd want me to list them all. also i get 90% of them as ARC's and some are 6 months ahead of being released. 'already home' i actually read in april.
ReplyDeleteSorry I've added so many but I am having a fantastic reading month!
ReplyDeleteThanks for inviting me to join you! I highly recommend the book I read: "A Gown of Spanish Lace" by Jannette Oke :) Happy Reading!
ReplyDeleteI am very excited to share my favourite read this month.
ReplyDeleteIt was fabulous!

Thank you for passing by Carole and reminding me of this amazing November edition. :)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite book of this month has to be The Catcher in the Rye (which I reviewed in this post: http://storiesaftertwelve.blogspot.com/2012/11/the-catcher-in-rye-by-j-d-salinger.html?showComment=1353015356500) I was so happy to read it and it definitely goes to my favorite books shelf! :D
Well, I did it wrong and didn't put the name of the book (One Dance with a Stranger by Mary Forbes)
ReplyDeleteJust posted two more links :)
ReplyDeleteWell, I didn't follow the rules this time. Three Bags Full is certainly not a book i loved by any stretch, and I'm not recommending it, but I'm sure there must be someone who disagrees with me and I'd certainly welcome hearing from them. I felt the whole way through that I was missing something....
ReplyDeleteI just posted a link
ReplyDeleteHello Carole,
ReplyDeleteI just posted November's Book of the Month for me. Emma Hamilton by Norah Lofts is a book that I got back in April of this year, but only read in November. I never knew that much about Lady Emma Hamilton's private life before I read this book, only that she was Admiral Horatio Nelson's mistress for seven years. I love Norah Lofts as an author anyway! :)
