Solution – amphora
The solution for this clue is hidden right there in the clue itself.
An amphora is a type of jar with 2 handles – originally Greek or Roman. And there in amongst "camphor, aromatic" you find it. And who knows, camphor might have been stored in amphora's. (Ps please don't comment that I don't know the plural of amphora is amphorae)
