Solution – loyal
As you can see "loyal" has the same meaning as "faithful". How do you get to that from the rest of the clue?
Well, "ally troubled" means that the letters of "ally" are mixed up ie "troubled" and then they are found "about" love. 0 often represents love as in love in tennis ie zero. So ally mixed up around o gets you to loyal.
