Need some inspiration? Try Beef – Part I

As with every Wednesday, I post this series which showcases some dishes in previous Food on Fridays.

This time it was the turn of  Beef.  There were so many good links that I decided to showcase 12 in total – 6 this week, and 6 in Part II next week.

It was a very difficult elimination process and I finally resorted to drawing lots to get down to 12!  I hope these dishes inspire you!  I certainly found them inspirational.

First, we have  Justin's Italian Roast Beef Sandwich   from Behind the Bites.

Justin, you are so clever with your graphic.  I am in awe.

Then here are Boeuf Bourguignon Crepes from Spice or Die.

What tasty morsels!

Now, skirt steak with salsa verde by Sara at Cupcake Muffin.

We don't use skirt steak much in New Zealand, so I am looking forward to giving this a try.

Dishing with Leslie brought us this lovely Broccoli Beef (Stir Fry)

I can feel the good health just radiating out at me from the picture!

Now for the lovely spicy dish, Beef Rendang by Sylvia at Peaches and Donuts.

I just love it spicy, do you?

And last, but not least for today, some meatballs – Spiced Meatballs in Sherry Wine Sauce to be precise by Mary at One Perfect Bite.

They certainly fulfil the promise of the blog's name!

Have a great week.

PS  Do pop back and look at some of the other great beefy links!  To make this easier I have created a Pinboard for the links here.

  4. So far I made the Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry. Posting about it tomorrow, it was amazing! But I had to adapt it a little bit.
