I saw this in
the latest Cuisine magazine as a winner of one of their artisan awards. I went to the La Cigale Farmer’s Market to
get some. It lived up to its review. I bought the original version. Next time I’ll try the peppered one. There is also a truffled version which I
don’t think will be me. The parfait is
very rich so it will only be for special occasions for me.
