Philippa Gregory – novelist

I continue to read Philippa Gregory’s historically based novels despite some reservations about her works which seem unnecessarily concerned with witchcraft.  But her Tudor novels (starting with The Other Boleyn Sister) are worth reading – but there is some historical license taken.

  1. I've had several friends rave about her books, but this period of history has never been a favorite so I've so far not read any of her work.

  3. I found The Other Boleyn Girl very interesting. To my surprise, the Other Queen was also quite good.
