  2. Absolutely. This is what I'm trying to live by. It's been proven that diets don't work in the long term for the majority of people.

    I remember once reading a newspaper piece where they followed up people who had been weight loss champions years later. Almost without exception they were really sad stories of eating disorders, weight gain or cheating with diet pills. Just don't do it to yourself and just eat every day what your body feels like it wants and stop when you're full. Exercise a bit and you'll be ok.
