Need some inspiration: Try Marinades & Rubs – Part I

Here are some links from Food on Friday: Marinades & Rubs.  There were so many good ones there will be some more selected for next week's Need Some Inspiration.

We start with this good post called Marinade101 which explains the basics you need to know about marinades.  Thanks Life Less Hurried, Living in the Slow Lane!

This Easy Chicken Tikka has a yoghurt and curry paste based marinade.  Thanks mamacook for providing both an adult and kiddie version.

And here's Anita from Aunty Nubby's Kitchen and her Baby Back Ribs.  Don't they look enticing?

I just love the look of the glaze on this salmon dish.  It's Citrus Spiced Seared Salmon over Parm-Goat cheese grits by The Weekend Gourmet.

And it's off to the East with this Asian Marinated Beef with Vegetable Lo Mein.  Thanks go to Mary Ellen's Cooking Creations.

The last one for today is Sandra's Dry RubSeasoning Blend.  You will like this mix of flavours.  Do visit Sandra's Alaska Recipes to check it out.

Next week's edition of Need Some Inspiration will also be drawn from Food on Friday: Marinades & Rubs.  It is not too late to link any recipes featuring marinades and rubs in and for your link to be considered for showcasing.
