I am so glad I read The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg. I got onto this book courtesy of Captivated Reader. She was so right that this book deserves
5 stars.
Not only is it compulsively readable, the subject
matter is important. The author is not a
scientist but a reporter – and is able to communicate ideas about the way
habits are formed and changed that are very significant.
Yay, I'm so glad you liked this book as much as I did!! I definitely plan to reread this book soon to fine tune a few things on my end. :-)
ReplyDeleteHappy reading to you!!
Your blog is entertaining every day but I especially like it when you write about books. It sounds like this book covers both good and bad habits. Something I always struggle with!
ReplyDeleteI have the book - just need to read it! Glad you liked it - that's encouraging.
ReplyDeleteI have a few habits I could let go of.
