I was
cooking some lamb and wanted to make a different sauce. This one went magnificently with lamb and was
also great as a salad dressing. And on a
sandwich with leftover lamb the next day.
Ingredients:
1 pottle of
sour cream
2-3
tablespoons of cream
Zest and
juice of a lemon (I used home dried zest)
4
tablespoons in total of finely chopped fresh mint and parsley
Salt and
pepper
Just mix it
all up with a spoon and then taste it to
see if it needs a little more salt, pepper or lemon juice.
Delightful,
fragrant and delicious.
Yum! Bet it was good with the lamb.
ReplyDeleteThis looks absolutely delicious. I love the idea of mixing the mint and lemon with the tang of the sour cream. I think I could just eat it with a spoon!
ReplyDeleteI love everything mint.
