Lemon Ginger Tea – A Note to Myself

Carole's Chatter: Lemon Ginger Tea

For over a year I made Lemon Ginger Tea every morning.  And then I stopped for some reason.  I need to get onto it again.

It's simple to make – just slice up a knob of fresh ginger and boil it in water for about 10 minutes.  Then add a little lemon juice and enjoy!

I like it straight but if you have a sweet tooth you might like to add a touch of honey or stevia or even sugar.

You can make enough for a few days and store it in the fridge to reheat a cup each morning.
