I had some leftover pastry scraps (after my pie experiment) and also some cooked
little sausages. So I made some simple little Sausage Twists. Actually
very easy to do. Just cut a few strips
of pastry and wind them round the sausages and then bake in a moderate oven until
the pastry is crispy and the sausages are hot.
A nice little snack.
They would also be good for stand up drinks parties.
