Friday: Cooking with Wine is
collecting any sort of dish so long as wine is involved – wine in the broader
sense including port, sherry, cognac or brandy – if it comes from a grape it
qualifies. And just for fun, let's include non-alcoholic grape based
things like grape juice, wine vinegar and verjuice.
To add to
the collection just pop your name and the name of the dish into the first Mr
Linky box and paste the url for your post about it into the second box.
I know Mr
Linky is a bit retro in that there are no thumbnails but I like it and make up
for it by pinning the links to this Pinboard
which makes it easy for you to check them out at a glance.

Oh yeah, I love cooking with wine!
ReplyDeleteThis is probably one of my favourite ways to cook. Everything seems to taste better with a splash of wine!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
My blogpost for Crab Vermouth for 2 includes instructions on how to clean a cooked Dungeness crab.
ReplyDeleteHi, Carole and all!
ReplyDeleteMa’s Peaches in Wine ( # 12 ) is ridiculously easy to make and doesn’t require an oven. It uses whatever wine you have.
Well, does every recipe have to be a big production?
I only have one wine recipe and it's for a dessert! It's a curious dish but a very adult dessert that is a great dinner party piece.
ReplyDeleteI love cooking with ingredients I can sip on as I prepare. Looking forward to some new ideas. Thanks for the party!
ReplyDeleteJust added my Scampi Bites. We had a bit of a hurricane in our neck of the woods, and I was not able to add this yesterday.
