ON
I have recently started using my Slow Cooker again so I thought it would be fun to scour our
archives for dishes that are cooked using the slow cooker – or as I used to
call it - crockpot.
To add your dishes, just put the name of the dish
together with your blog name/name into the first Mr Linky box you will find
below. Then paste the url for your post
about it into the second box.
I'll be pinning the dishes to this
Pinboard which also has the more than 60 links from the earlier
collection in 2012 – now almost 4 years ago.
Slow and easy – that's the way!
I shared my posting on coq au vin. There's some prep work involved before you but it all in the crock pot. The results are delicious.
ReplyDeleteI find browning the meat and using the deglazed pan juices improve the taste of any crock pot meal.
DeleteMost of the stuff I do involves some prep, but to me very worth it!
I've experimented with doing gourmet-type meals in mine. I was never much on my slow cookers until I started cooking more unusual things in it.
ReplyDeleteCheers, Carole

And, yes, we still call it a crockpot.
About the pink sky… who knows? We had a bright red sky yesterday morning and didn’t get any more snow!
