ON
We are not big pancake eaters but I imagine I'll be
inspired today by all your pancakes, crepes or galettes.
To add your pancakes, just put the name of the dish
together with your blog name/name into the first Mr Linky box you will find below.
Then paste the url for your post about it into the second box.
I'll be pinning the dishes to this Pinboard
which will make it easy for you to check them out at a glance. The 199 links from the earlier pancake
collection are also on that board.
Have a flipping good time!
Cheers Carole!

The post also has a bit of history.
I use Alton Brown's recipe... best flapjacks ever!

ReplyDeleteCheers!
My recipes were born out of necessity. I have to watch my carb and sugar intake so I prefer to make savoury rather than sweet pancakes. Both my recipes are vegan and gluten-free. Hope you like them.
ReplyDeleteI realize we have not had pancakes for the longest time. Thanks for reminding me and especially thanks for this collection of inspiration!
ReplyDeleteCarole,
ReplyDeleteI love to go out to eat for pancakes, but hate to stand at the griddle flipping . . . flipping . . . flipping in order to make enough to feed my family. So the only pancakes I've got on my blog are my Zucchini Pancakes, easy fruit & yogurt crepes, and my Finnish Oven Pancake (made using eggnog for a richer batter). Some people know this as a Dutch Baby and cook it with fruit, but I first ate this in Finland made using the rich milk right after one of our cows unexpectedly calved, not baked with fruit, so this will always be a Finnish Oven Pancake to me.
Thanks!
