Food on Friday: Coconut

ON

Food on Friday: Coconut is looking for dishes which use any part of the coconut – coconut water (which seems to be 'in' right now), milk, cream, fresh coconut, desiccated coconut, coconut essence – whatever.

I'll be pinning the dishes to this Pinboard – if you pop over to it you will be able to see the dishes at a glance and choose which ones to check out in detail.

To add a dish to the collection just pop your name and the name of the dish into the first Mr Linky box and paste the url of your post about it into the second one.

You don't need to leave a comment if you're a regular, but if you're a first timer please do leave a comment so we can welcome you to the Food on Friday community!

Have coconutty fun!

I couldn't decide between my Chunky Monkey Granola bars and my Coconut Banana Pancakes...then I realized the link was still open for Coconut and then I couldn't decide between the pancakes or my Almond Joy Granola...then I realized the chocolate link was still open! Clearly, I'm not thinking straight tonight. And CLEARLY I need to get better about remembering to link as soon as I get your email! Lol
