The new Food on Friday is the opposite of the
one we did on Slow Food. This one is for
dishes that are quick & easy to
do. We all need those in our repertoire
for those days where we just don't have time to cook up a storm but don't want
to resort to takeaways.
To add your
dishes just put your name/blog name and the name of the dish into the first Mr
Linky box and paste the url for your post about it into the second one.
To see all
the other quick and easy dishes just pop over to this Pinboard
where I'll be pinning all the links just as soon as I can.
I'm looking
forward to some great new ideas for those weeknight meals.
PS For a change of pace pop over to this Need Some Inspiration post with the features from FoF Slow Food
Thanks, Carole !
ReplyDeleteThis is really easy. Only 1 added step of pouring the juices out of the crock pot and wiping dry. Plus this tastes great cold. Steak fries are easy too. Enjoy your trip Carole...keep forgetting it's summer by you.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your vacation, Carole! Ah, yes summer... we don't have much faith it'll return to Canada. This is the coldest winter we've had in 35 years!
ReplyDeleteThe meatloaf recipe (# 20) is easy and can prepared in advance, refrigerated and baked when you need it.
I brought over a Mexican Mac & Cheese that is very easy, meatless and can be adjusted to your taste preferences! Good luck with your travel plans! Thank you for the invite.
ReplyDeleteUse up the leftovers before leaving on your trip. Have a great time Carole.
