Hi Carol! I can't believe that January is almost over either. This week I'm sharing my Warm Spinach Dip made with Goat Cheese.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a great week!
Hi, Carole! Just added our yummy Two Healthy Kitchens salad with nuts, feta and cranberries - so super-simple but always a huge crowd-pleaser! Thanks, as always, for hosting! :D
ReplyDeleteThank you Carole for this opportunity greetings from Orlando and Happy 2014!
ReplyDeleteThanks Carole, Sending along my go-to spinach recipe for brunch or appetizers.
ReplyDeleteCarole,
ReplyDeleteI've been up to my ears in html for #AppetizerWeek, so THANK YOU for the opportunity to merely link up some of my spinach and swiss chard recipes!
I've got a tasty appetizer--Salmon, Swiss Chard (Silverbeet) and Artichoke Dip. I've baked this in the oven and also cooked it in the slow cooker--either way it is delicious on crackers or baguettes or chips. I've got a wonderful entree (that could be vegetarian, but my recipe is not) Panade with Swiss Chard, Onion, and Cheddar Sausage. Such a simple winter use of day old bread! I've got a side dish--Creamed Swiss Chard with Back Bacon. I've got a breakfast--Green Eggs No Ham. And I've got 2 pizzas: Turkey Pesto Spinach pizza and My Deployment Pizza (what I make just for me, just the way *I* like it, as a treat when my spouse is deployed) which starts with a spinach dough and is topped with mushrooms, anchovies, and artichoke pesto.
Thanks for hosting!

Feelin' the Pop-eye muscles already! Hmmm spinach! Eat those greens! Thanks as always Carole!
ReplyDeleteMmmmmm I love spinach and especially Swiss chard! I tend to substitute one for the other quite often, depending on what I have on hand. I find that chard is the easiest thing in the world to grow, and it goes for months and months in the garden. I have added 3 different recipes today that I tend to make quite often.
ReplyDeleteThanks Carole! As always, here's my gluten-free two cents.
ReplyDeleteFunny that I've never heard Swiss Chard called Silverbeet before! Thanks for hosting another wonderful session, Carole.
