It
may help you to choose which other links to visit if you pop over to the
Pinboard where I'll be pinning the links as soon as I can.
Happy
linking!
Ps - For those that like to plan ahead, the next
Food on Friday's topic is all things BBQ.
Thanks for hosting :) Apparently I don't cook with a lot of veal since I only have had one recipe in the last 2 years! It greats in meatballs though, yum!
ReplyDeleteHi Carole,
ReplyDeleteThanks for the party. I was so excited that I had a recipe with veal in it. I brought my bolognese sauce.
Debi
thanks for all you do
ReplyDeleteI don't cook often with veal either. I think this might be my only recipe. :)
ReplyDeleteOh I have three veal recipes. I love veal.
ReplyDeleteHi, Carole,
ReplyDeleteThank you for inviting me to the veal party!
I can't take credit for the recipe, but I find the sauce recipe works well with chicken, too.
Margaret
I've linked my one and only veal recipe - Spaghetti with Meatballs and Tomato Sauce.
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting, Carole! I absolutely love veal and I've linked up my osso buco soup, which is a quick way to get all the flavors of long cooking osso buco!
ReplyDeleteI like veal but I don't make it a lot. I should try to work on that =)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the invite! I'm sharing my meatball recipe. These meatballs are made with veal, pork and ground beef. They are seriously yumtastic!
ReplyDeleteI am sad to say I don't have any veal recipes to link up but I'm going to work on that:) I will go take a look around....have always wanted to make Osso Buco~ Lynn @ Turnips 2 Tangerines
ReplyDeleteThanks for contacting me. I am taking the liberty to link some of my other Greek veal recipes as well.
ReplyDeleteThank you Carole. Always an honor.
ReplyDeleteVeal is one of those things I always eat at restaurants but hardly ever cook at home, time to do more experimenting with it in the kitchen, great idea!
ReplyDeleteHi Carole, thanks a lot for the invite and the host.
ReplyDeleteI have a very great interest in the production of British Rose Veal, as it makes use of the male calves that are produced as part of the milk industry. Without the British Rose Veal market, these poor little chaps are shot within 2-3 days of birth. At least, being grown on for veal, they have a life - albeit a short one, but nonetheless a life - and a good life at that. No veal crates for these babies, they live in groups in big strawed yards and in the good weather, go out to play in the fields. I couldn't use white veal these days - and especially continental veal - not knowing how it is produced. Anyway. Rant over. LOL I've brought you two British Rose Veal recipes, both of which are really lovely.
ReplyDeleteLooks like I don't have any veal posts on my blog! Oops!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the invitation!
ReplyDeleteWonderful to have been asked to contribute my truly Italian family-style veal recipe. Grazie e Buon Appetito~
ReplyDeleteInspiring list of combinations. Thank you. I am sure I'll be back for more.
ReplyDeleteSome great looking Veal recipes. Will be trying many.

I'm one of those non-pc veal lovers. Looks like lots of good recipes to choose from. Happy Saturday!
ReplyDeleteHi Carole, thanks for inviting me along to post my veal ragout link here! Just entered it above... hope it shows up ok - lovely to see other veal ideas as well :).
ReplyDeleteBah, seems I linked wrong as well... didn't enter the name of the dish. Are you able to edit it? (not sure if my first comment showed up either... had some computer problems).
