Carole, if you need more blue, you gotta try the focaccia I made last night! It won't be up on the blog until probably June, since I made it with blueberries I'd frozen and put up last summer, but there's photos on my Farm Fresh Feasts FB page. Start with a roasted garlic focaccia dough, brush a raspberry sauce on top, then top with chicken, red onion, blueberries, and goat cheese. And bake. Yum! I got the idea from a flatbread with blueberries and hummus by Heather of Kiss My Broccoli blog, but my darling spouse polished off the last of the hummus minutes before I went to start topping the dough. Grrr. But my second idea, with the raspberry sauce, was really good on its own!
