ReplyDeleteThanks for the invite. I've shared a stir fry recipe that was one of my personal favorites in 2012 - Spicy Garlic and Ginger Chicken with Green Beans. I'm lazy and use the ginger that comes pre-minced in a tube!
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting Carole! I love ginger too. I posted a stir-fry we made recently with a Brown Garlic Sauce that had great ginger flavor. We also made homemade rice noodles. Just a tip. Chop equal parts ginger and garlic in the food processor and keep in the frig in a mason jar. Great for stir-fry, Indian dishes, and so much more.
