Food on Friday: Zucchini

ON

Zucchini are also known as courgettes here in New Zealand.

Zucchini (courgettes) go well with:

Anchovies
Basil
Butter
Capers
Coriander seeds
Dill
Eggplants
Eggs
Feta cheese
Fish
Garlic
Lemons
Mint
Olive oil
Onions
Oregano
Parmesan cheese
Parsley
Pine nuts
Rice
Tomatoes
Walnuts
Wine vinegar
Yoghurt

So link up your recipes using zucchini using Mr Linky below.  It would be great if you put your name and the name of the dish in the first box.

Please do stop by as many of the other links as you can – you will get some great ideas – and may find new followers/blogs to follow as well!

  27. Hello! Thank you so much for hosting. I've shared two recipes: one for chicken stuffed with zucchini and one for zucchini carpaccio with homemade ricotta cheese. I had a bit of a hiccup with my internet connection though and the chicken recipe is listed twice. I can't seem to remove it. I'm so sorry.
