Food on Friday: Mustard

 ON

Our theme for Food on Friday today is Mustard.  I find it such a great ingredient – whether it is American, Hot English or Dijon!  And then there are all the other mustards.

Please link in any mustardy posts you have.  I look forward to getting some lovely new ideas to try.

Put your name AND the name of the dish in the first box and paste your url of the post into the second one.

Then pop over and visit some of the other links and spread the fun around a bit!  Have a great week, everyone.

  2. We love mustard too. One of our favorites is a spicy stone-ground mustard made by Red Monkey foods. It's delicious!

  7. Hey! I just shared 3 recipes: Honey Mustard Sauce, Croque Monsieur, and Herbed Potato Salad.

I love the *zip* that mustard lends to dishes. My husband claims the smell alone will make him throw up but more often than not I'm able to sneak it in without suspicion or ill effects ;).

  22. I've shared three of my favorite recipes that use mustard. In Indian cooking we use black mustard that needs to be soaked in salted water overnight to get rid of any bitterness. Mustard gravy tastes good with practically anything - vegetables, fish and chicken. Thanks for hosting this sharing of recipes!
