Food on Friday: Rice and grains



ON

The theme for this Food on Friday is Rice and other grains

Rice goes well with:

Asian greens
Beef
Cardamom
Chicken
Chilli sauce
Coconut milk
Fish sauce
Garlic
Ginger
Lemongrass
Milk
Pork
Pulses
Rice Vinegar
Saffron
Seafood
Seaweed
Shrimp paste
Soy sauce
Stock

    1. Sweet and Sour Chicken and Broccoli Pasta (Soy, Fish, Egg and Nut-Free, Can Be Wheat-Free). There's a rice variation on here.

    2. Porcupines (Fish, Egg and Nut-Free, Can Be Soy and Wheat-Free). These meatballs have rice in them and are a big hit with the kiddos.

    3. Easy Flavored Rice (Soy, Fish, Milk, Nut, Wheat and Egg-Free). This recipe is super easy and goes with lots!
