I love curry also!! My curry recipe is a "North American" curry (hahaha) - since it's my own creation & I'm a Canadian married to an Amercian living in the states :-)

ReplyDeleteBasic thai curry paste recipe (excuse me for linking the wrong one at first) and a surinam curry stew. Its lovely and quite typical. In holland we eat lots of it due to a big population of our surinam countrymen.

ReplyDeleteThe Pork Vindalloo that I just linked was really created "on the fly" and is ridiculously easy to make ! Add a dolob of yogurt on top and it's delicious!
