I have posted a recipe for the portobello pizzas and hope my link works. I have also written an article on my food site about the Value of the Mushroom under my food article. Hi carol, hoe you enjoy my link on a cloud-ear and bolete mushroom chicken stirfry. Its lovely easy and quite the mushroom adventure. Dried mushrooms are the best way to enjoy them all year round. So buy them when they are cheapor forage when you can and make Sure you dry some and be supplied for the rest of the year.
