It's the second Friday of the month so here is Food on Friday.
As you can see, there are 2 new themes – Bacon
and Berries/Fruit. I hope you'll find some great stuff in your
archives to share.
Feel free to add a number of things under each category
and come back later in the month to add more if you would like to.
To add your dishes, just put the name of the dish
together with your blog name/name into the first Mr Linky box you will find
below. Then paste the url for your post
about it into the second box. Mr Linky now makes you tick a compliance box
which I always forget first time!
Have fun!
Thanks for hosting, Carole!
ReplyDeleteHi, Carole and all!
ReplyDeleteHope everyone is well and living with less virus-caused restrictions. Here in Manitoba, Canada, we’re going to stage 3 next week (stage 1 was the strictest).
Ma’s cabbage and bacon recipe can be a side dish, or with a nice bread, it can be a meal.
Her lemon cranberry scones can be either a brunch or dessert item. The post also has links for 10 other recipes (with and without lemon).
Stay safe!
Whew...are we done with the quarantine yet? I am really restless. Baking has really been a great outlet for frustration with all of this. At least you emerge with something tangible and delicious! Thanks for the theme this month...yum! --Dorothy at Shockinglydelicious.com
ReplyDeleteCarole,
ReplyDeleteHope you've been well throughout this weird time.
Best, Gerlinde
I can't believe I don't have a post with blueberries so I might have to make something today. I brought you fruit desserts though. Peach crisp and Eton Mess.
ReplyDeleteCarole, figs (fresh or dried) are among my favorite fruits. My linked recipe today is made with dried figs so can be made any time of year. Thank you for hosting.
ReplyDeleteThanks for letting me know about this Bacon theme!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by the blog and saying hi! Always love participating in food themes!!
