Food on Friday: Berries & Currants

 ON

This week we have a sweet theme – Berries & Currants!

To add your dishes, just put the name of the dish together with your blog name/name into the first Mr Linky box you will find below.  Then paste the url for your post about it into the second box.

I'll be pinning the dishes to this Pinboard which will make it easy for you to check them out at a glance.  The links from the earlier collection are also on that board.

Have berry much fun!

  8. Happy summer greetings from Winnipeg, Canada!

Love strawberries! The lemon curd in the post ( # 21 ) can be used as a spread over shortbread, toast or English muffins, and as a filling for cakes and tarts.

  20. Carole,
My strawberry patch harvest is winding down, but the raspberries are just getting started. (I tried growing blueberries--they are too finicky for me!) There is nothing like the taste of a fresh sun-warmed sweet ripe berry!
    Thanks!
