Nostalgia alert!

Raindrops keep fallin' on my head

Raindrops keep fallin' on my head
Just like the guy whose feet are too big for his bed
Nothing seems to fit
Oh, raindrops keep fallin' on my head
Keep a-fallin'

Cause I just done me some talking to the sun
And I said I didn't like the way he got things done
Sleeping on the job
Oh, raindrops keep fallin' on my head
Keep a-fallin'

But there's one thing I know
The blues they send to meet me
Won't defeat me
It won't be long till happiness
Comes up to greet me
To greet greet greet greet me

I have a vivid childhood memory of singing the song Raindrops Keep Fallin' On My Head when we were away with our father sleeping in our little tent on a trailer while the rain was falling outside.  It was also one of the songs I was able to play on the piano – so the song got a bit of a thrashing.

The song comes from the movie Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid. It won an Oscar for best original song.

Here's a YouTube clip of the song for you.
