Bacon wrapped radishes – everything does really seem to be better with bacon!

Carole's Chatter: Bacon wrapped radishes

For something a little bit different, I just wrapped some whole radishes in bacon (with a toothpick or skewer to secure them) and then sprinkled them with chipotle salt.

Roast in the oven, turning now and again until the bacon is crisp.
