Sautéed Bok Choy

Sautéed Bok Choy by Carole's Chatter

This is one simple way you can make Bok Choy taste delicious.  Just cut each bok choy in half lengthwise and season with salt and pepper.
Heat your pan and add garlic infused olive oil, sesame oil and some grated ginger.
Saute your bok choy for 5 minutes maximum on a highish heat.  The leaves will wilt but the stalks should still be crunchy.
This is a Low FODMAP dish.

  1. Thanks for posting this. I see the mini bok choys in the grocery all the time and they look so good. I've even bought them a few times, but was disappointed in the cooking. This sounds tasty.

    1. I tried this tonight, though I didn't have the sesame oil. I am at my mom's and she just doesn't have the pantry I do. It was her first time eating bok choy and she ate every bit on her plate.

  6. I usually just chop it up fine and throw it into a stir fry, never tried to eat it on its own before. I should try this :)
