ReplyDeleteThe KFC Chicken Spice Recipe (#7) has thyme, and a whole bunch of other spices. It comes in handy if you've just bought fresh or frozen chicken on sale or would like a bit more or less of a certain spice. Cheers!!

ReplyDeleteI get masses of sage from our farm share, but grown thyme in my herb garden so I'm sharing a few recipes that use it--a Chicken Saltimbocca stuffed with butternut squash, a Roasted Butternut Squash Alfredo Pasta sauce with fried sage, and a pizza topped with fresh herbs, feta, and goat cheese.

I love herbs! I use them every day, grow them in the garden in the summer and in the house in the winter. I've left you a few recipes that use sage & thyme...a pasta, a soup & sandwich combo, and a pesto!
