Food on Friday: Easter Foods

ON
With Easter just around the corner, I thought a collection of Easter Foods and treats would be just the thing. To add your dishes to the collection just pop your name and the name of the dish into the first Mr Linky box and paste the url for your post about it into the second one.
I'll be pinning each dish to this Pinboard.  It will help you choose which of the links you want to check out in more detail.

Wishing you all a Happy Easter!

  3. Hi, Carole! We actually just posted a recipe this morning at Two Healthy Kitchens for an overnight egg casserole, specifically for our readers to serve for Easter brunch! My big, extended family always has overnight casseroles like this for holidays, so nobody's stuck in the kitchen cooking that morning. Thanks, as always, for hosting! :D

  9. I posted my original recipe for hot-cross bun pudding, which is like bread pudding. It tastes great the next day after a night in the fridge, but it's also good straight from the oven.

  14. Carole,
To me Easter is carrots, so I'm sharing a couple of carrot recipes--Rustic Roasted Carrots and Healthy {No Sugar} Carrot Cake Muffins. I'll make a ham, and then we'll enjoy ham leftovers for a while. Last fall I put up tomato jam which is awesome on a ham sandwich--the sweetness pairs well with the salty ham. In addition to the grilled cheese sandwich I shared yesterday, I'm going to try and recreate a pub waffle we had in Chicago last week. Thanks!
