Parsnips & Carrots

Roasted parsnips & carrots by Carole's Chatter


These Parsnips & Carrots were roasted after being dusted with a mixture of orange zest, brown sugar, chili powder and salt.  A nice way to jazz them up!

  2. Roasted Veggies of any kind, are my favourite. We had our Christmas dinner, I do all the veggies (plus dessert) for the meal. I always do an assortment of Roasted Vegetables that I do in a Herb infused olive oil.
