Antipasto

Antipasto on Carole's Chatter


Food on Friday this week is going to be on picnic food.  And what could be easier than taking along some containers of a selection of yummy stuff.  This time there were artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives (pitted), Cheese stuffed bell peppers, Cheese stuffed chilli peppers and mixed stuffed green olives.  No work required other than buying it all at your supermarket deli.

Sometimes the simplest stuff tastes the best.

  1. While living in England, we used to have a big traditional Sunday roast dinner for lunch them have bread, cheese, and various other antipasto accouterments as a light supper. I always loved that. It was simple and delicious. :)
