Need some inspiration? Try Pineapple – Part I

We start off today with this cool Pina Colada Ice Cream by Jo and Sue.




This Pineapple Upside Down Cake by Ros of the More Than Occasional Baker looks so very pretty.




This Carrot Pineapple Cake by Irene from Sweet Seasons of Life is so delectably moist I get cravings from just looking at it!
