The Pollyanna Plan by Talli Roland

Talli Roland and I have been following each other's blogs for quite a while now. I enjoy her sense of humor and have read a couple of her earlier books. So when Talli asked whether anyone would like to review her new book The Pollyanna Plan, I put my hand up (metaphorically speaking). Now I am not a proper book reviewer so don't expect any spoilers/synopsis etc.

I really enjoyed the book. I think it is her best so far. It is a light read which was perfect for summer. Despite being at heart a romance, there were some very perceptive strands about people and their relationships with their parents, siblings and friends. I ended up caring about the people in the book – which is a real compliment!

I'm looking forward to her next book – which won't be far away. She is a really organised and prolific writer.
