    Over here we call them courgettes.

    You can put them in cakes [similar to carrot cake]

    Zucchini are out of season here, but i do love the critters (and their blossoms) in fritters!

    Cooked up some tortellini the other night and tossed it with some pesto and sauteed zucchini. Delicious! Happy 2013!!!
