Food on Friday: Chocolate!

ON

Need I say more?  Food on Friday this week, is about CHOCOLATE.  I suspect there are many chocoholics reading this.  So if you have a nice post about the joys of chocolate, types of chocolate or recipes involving chocolate, please link them up in the Mr Linky box below.

I will visit your posts to leave a comment.  I may not be able to do too many at once.  I suspect a great chocolate craving is going to hit me.

Update:  If you would like to see the Pinboard I have created for these links, please click here

Here is the list of what goes well with chocolate (might have been easier to have a list of what doesn't go!):

almonds
honey
amaretto
ice-cream
brandy
liqueurs
butter
macadamias
caramel
marzipan
cherries
milk
chestnuts
muscat

  7. I have this theory that every single food is better with either chocolate or cheese. Except pretzels, they can go either way! Hahah.

Thanks for your comment on my blog, I will be posting about the ultrasound as soon as I get home! Hopefully they can see the gender so I can tell everyone what it is, I'm so excited!!

  13. I've also posted up the Sicilian Pork Ragu with Chocolate, which coincidentally I made for dinner two days ago, for the third time. It was just as decadently delicious as the first two goes, so that's one recipe that has been well and truly tested. :)

  14. I have also posted a fantastic recipe for Chilli Con Carne that uses a couple of squares of dark chocolate to bring out the savouriness and make the sauce unctuous. Oh, you've just got to love chocolate. :)

I'll post up my Chocolate and Cherry Pots, as soon as I've blogged them, too!
