Great article. Weak close: "...little choice but to embrace self-employment"?!? This guy doesn't get it. A big part of our generation has no intention of going "gentle into that good night". The people who hire and finance new enterprise are going to have to -- and I do mean HAVE to -- come to grips the fact that the cottontops have great ideas, formidable skills and the experience to make the deal work. We're going to take our rightful places in the workplace because there are too many of us to blow off. Ageism is going to age out and everybody's going to get to play on the same level field. Titanium hips and all. ;))
